About Us

  • We deliver organic fruit and vegetables to homes all over West London.
  • We supply a selection of seasonal produce, sourced as locally as possible, from people that we know.
  • We use small certified organic suppliers who pick the fruit and veg to order whenever possible.
  • We try to eliminate packaging, and recycle the packaging that we do use.
  • We deliver as soon as possible after the produce has been picked at the farm; often within 24 hours. 
  • We deliver boxes direct to your door , and by dealing direct with the farmers we can give them a fair price and still achieve our aim of charging less than supermarket prices; for fresher and more environmentally sound produce. Some Other Stuff;

 

Our Refund and Cancellation Policy

 

We need to have cancellations or changes to orders by 8.30am on the Monday before the Wednesday delivery. To change your order you may either,

a) Telephone us on 07847 450 358,

b) E-mail to anne @ woodfieldorganics.co.uk , or

c) Place a new order through the web site. The new order will then become your live order and the old order will be automatically cancelled.

 

 

Our Privacy policy

 

We don't share your information with anyone. Any personal information entered on our website stays on our system and goes no-where else. If you make a payment through our website it is processed securely using the paypal system. This is a safe electronic system, and we are not allowed to see any of your personal details from here. If you choose to pay by credit card over the telephone we will take your details and input them directly into the paypal system. We do not keep your credit card details on our own system.
